CENTRAL CONNECTICUT
We are conducting a search for one of the largest and well-respected hospitals in Connecticut. This position reports to the VP, HR and will direct the recruitment function. Working in a highly collaborative environment and interacting with the administrative directors and departmental leadership, the director will provide strategic leadership, recruitment strategies and practices. The hospital employs 4000 people. This inner city hospital is union environment.
The role requires developing talent pipeline, evaluating sourcing strategies, creating employment brand, understanding market availability and compensation, developing and managing budget, high volume recruiting and managing the recruiting staff. This position manages a staff of 6.
We are sourcing for 5+ years of recruiting and supervisory experience in organizations with highly skilled and technical people. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and proven track record of success are required. Experience in healthcare is preferred. Compensation targets a base salary of $100K and includes a competitive benefits program. Relocation assistance is available.
